Marcia received her MBA from the Wharton School and began her career in marketing management at the Colgate-Palmolive Company. She has also worked in advertising, film and TV production. Her unique background brings a creativity and attention to detail that she employs in the marketing and sales strategies for BTS. She also acts as a liaison between our clients, tenants and management.
Rob Cronk, Director of Maintenance, works directly with Priscilla on space fit-ups for new tenants and the coordination and supervision of all outside vendors. Rob and Maintenance Tech, Brian Rivera, are a vital element of our management team and responsible for the care and maintenance of all properties. Rain, snow, ice, sewer problems, garbage, excessive heat and cold, leaves, painting and building repair are the short list of what Rob and Brian use their diverse skills to manage and maintain.

Marcia Brooks, Vice President - Marketing
Torrey has worked in the real estate industry for over thirty years in brokerage, development, acquisitions, repositioning, sales and management. He holds a CCIM from Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, A CPM-Certified Property Manager-from the Institute of Real Estate Management and an MBA from Stanford Business School. Torrey is also a licensed broker in both Connecticut and New York and is a member of the Fairfield County Commercial Broker's Network. A resident of Fairfield County, he is married to Marcia Brooks and they have three grown children. Torrey is a golfer (8-handicap), a retired private pilot and plays paddle tennis in his spare time.

Priscilla received her Masters Degree in education before expanding her horizons through extensive travel overseas, living in Pakistan and Nigeria. She returned to the US and put her exemplary diplomatic skills to work as a Property Manager for BTS. She supervises the operations of our properties, balancing owner and tenant requirements with the day-to day issues of commercial real estate management. She applies her wealth of experience to all of our managed properties and oversees them like an owner.
Torrey D. Brooks, President
Helen manages our Accounting team at BTS. Helen is in charge of all accounts payable and mortgage services. She also manages property tax and insurance disbursements. She works one-on-one with our property owners delivering accurate detail of all expenditures with her vast knowledge of QuickBooks reports and coding.
Hannah is our Office Manager. She has her mind on every administrative detail of our companies. Hannah designed and implemented our digital rent collection and property management system so that our property owners can see an accounting of all rental payments and tenant information with the click of a mouse.
